Our Founder

Jimin Lee is a mother of two Korean American children with a passion for bilingual education.

She noticed a lack of well-illustrated children’s books in Korean and English and decided to fill that gap in 2023. Inspired by her daughter and son, she creates stories that celebrate Korean culture and heritage.

Her mission is to provide children with engaging, culturally rich books that nurture bilingualism. Through Dalbit Books, she aims to expand the presence of Korean culture in children’s literature worldwide.
